FringeTrack

Generate a certified payroll report

Upload your payroll CSV, fill in the project details, and get a filled WH-347 (federal Davis-Bacon form) plus Statement of Compliance. First 3 reports are free.

Wage determination (optional)

If you provide this, FringeTrack checks every worker's total hourly package against it and flags any shortfall on the generated PDF. Leave blank to skip the check.

Registered apprentices (optional)

Only needed if any worker on this payroll is a registered apprentice (class code RA). Filling this in is how you confirm you've verified their registration — we don't check that box for you just because an RA worker appears in your CSV.

Payroll data

Columns required: entry_no, last_name, first_name, middle_initial, id_number, class_code, labor_classification, sun_st, sun_ot, mon_st, mon_ot, tue_st, tue_ot, wed_st, wed_ot, thu_st, thu_ot, fri_st, fri_ot, sat_st, sat_ot, hourly_rate, fringe_type (credit/lieu), fringe_rate_paid, tax_withholding, fica, other_deductions.

Filing a state format below needs a few more columns per worker: address_street, address_city, address_state, address_zip, job_title (Apprentice/Foreman/Journeyman), sex, race, ethnicity — all optional otherwise. California also needs ssn_full (the worker's full SSN — DIR's eCPR schema requires it; it's never used for anything else and never appears on the federal WH-347).

State filing (Pro plan) — optional

Requires an active Pro or Bookkeeper subscription — Starter and the free tier only generate the federal WH-347. Washington L&I isn't available yet: L&I's real upload schema sits behind a login-gated portal we don't have access to, and we won't guess at the structure of a government compliance file.
